Introduction
Lucienne Doho, MSN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience and 5+ years as an NP, caring for patients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to adults and veterans. Her background includes home health, psychiatric care, and specialized experience in a Cystic Fibrosis (CF) unit, where she supported medically complex patients managing chronic lung disease and systemic complications.
In CF care, Lucienne managed patients with recurrent lung infections, thick mucus and airway obstruction, bronchiectasis, and frequent pulmonary exacerbations requiring IV antibiotics, as well as complications such as shortness of breath, hemoptysis, and pneumothorax. She also helped address CF-related issues beyond the lungs, including pancreatic insufficiency, malabsorption, poor weight gain/malnutrition, GI complications (reflux, constipation/DIOS), CF-related diabetes, chronic sinus disease, liver involvement, and bone density concerns.
Lucienne founded Doho Wellness Clinic because wellness—especially weight loss—is deeply personal to her. Having struggled with weight herself, she understands the physical and emotional barriers patients face and the life-changing difference that consistent, compassionate support can make. She also believes IV hydration can be a powerful reset for the mind, body, and soul—supporting energy, recovery, and overall well-being so patients can feel like themselves again.
Doho Wellness Clinic was built to be a one-stop experience, offering wellness services alongside phlebotomy and lab collection because Lucienne believes healthcare should be easier to navigate—not more complicated. In addition to her clinical work, she serves on a patient advocate board, helping individuals navigate healthcare complexity with clarity, support, and confidence. Clothilda Johnson’s, a dedicated Registered Nurse since 2012 and certified CPR instructor, brings over a decade of compassionate care to her work.
