2. Scope of Services

Doho Wellness Clinic LLC provides both virtual and mobile healthcare services to residents of Texas, including the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) area.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Mobile IV hydration therapy

  • Vitamin and nutrient infusions

  • Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)

  • Weight loss programs

  • Wellness and lifestyle guidance

Services are delivered virtually, or in person at a patient’s home, workplace, or event site, by licensed Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and collaborating Physicians following all HIPAA and Texas Board of Nursing (BON) regulations.

Patients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and private environment during in-home visits.

3. Guidelines for Reviews

We may provide areas on our Site or mobile app for users to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you agree to the following:

  1. You must have firsthand experience with the service or provider being reviewed.

  2. Reviews may not contain profanity, abusive language, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks.

  3. Reviews must not contain references to illegal activity.

  4. You may not post reviews if affiliated with a competitor in a manner that presents a conflict of interest.

  5. You may not post false, misleading, or defamatory statements.

  6. You may not organize or participate in campaigns to post multiple positive or negative reviews.

4. In-Home Visit Policy

When scheduling mobile or in-home services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Our clinicians must be allowed safe and reasonable access to your premises.

  • The environment must be clean, well-lit, and free from hazards.

  • Pets should be secured, and smoking should be avoided during the visit.

  • The clinician reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any visit if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or noncompliant with professional standards.

You understand that mobile visits are considered extensions of a clinical setting and that all applicable privacy, documentation, and consent procedures will apply.

5. Mobile Application License

If you access our services via a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the app on your personal mobile device.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the application.

  • Use the application to transmit malware or spam.

  • Violate any state or federal regulations while using the app.

  • Use our software for commercial or competitive purposes.

Apple and Android Devices

If the app is downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to their respective usage terms.
Each app distributor acts as a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce its terms.

6. Third-Party Websites and Content

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or content not owned or controlled by Doho Wellness Clinic LLC.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or practices of any third-party site.
Accessing these sites is done at your own risk, and their respective terms and privacy policies will apply.

7. Telehealth Consent

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receiving telehealth services from Doho Wellness Clinic LLC.

Telehealth involves remote consultations via video, phone, or secure online communication platforms.
These services comply with HIPAA, Texas Medical Privacy Laws, and Texas BON telehealth standards.

You understand that telehealth:

  • May include reviewing medical history, prescribing medication, and developing care plans.

  • Has limitations compared to in-person care.

  • May not be appropriate for emergency conditions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
