Meet Your Provider: Lucienne Doho, APRN, FNP-BC
Lucienne Doho is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with more than 12 years of nursing experience and over 5 years as a nurse practitioner. She founded DOHO WELLNESS CLINIC to bring personal, unhurried care to the Rio Grande Valley. Her path into clinic ownership is personal: she cared for her mother for nearly a decade after a stroke, and lost her father to cancer — experiences that taught her how much it matters to have a provider who treats you like family and makes testing simple, fast, and close to home. Lucienne is a qualified DOT specimen collector under 49 CFR Part 40 and personally sets every appointment at the clinic.

Reserve your spot
A $25 deposit may be required to reserve your appointment, depending on the service. Your deposit goes toward your service; the balance is due at your visit.

Cancel or reschedule
Cancel 24 hours or more ahead and your deposit moves to a new visit or is refunded. Under 24 hours or a no-show forfeits the deposit.

Visit us or we come to you
Mobile visits up to 100 miles from Donna — free within 7 miles, $0.70 per mile beyond. DOT physicals are in-clinic only.
Hours: Mon–Fri 9–5, Sat–Sun 9–7, subject to availability. New IV or injection patients need a Good Faith Exam first — it can be done by video, with in-person vitals before your IV.
