MOBILE IV SERVICES (We Come to You)

We offer mobile services and can travel up to 100 miles (travel fees apply).

Mobile Drive Cost (Non-Members)

• 0–10 miles from the clinic: $25 mobile fee
• Over 10 miles: $25 + $1.50 per mile (one-way) for each mile beyond 10

Example: 25 miles away → $25 + (15 × $1.50) = $47.50 travel fee

BOOKING + CLINIC POLICIES

Appointment Reservation Fee

A $25 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment.
✅ Applied toward your final cost at the time of service.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

A $25 cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment.
A $25 fee also applies for no call / no show appointments.

Refund Policy

All sales are final — no refunds. This includes booking fees, travel fees, boosters, and IV services.

Eligibility & Safety

Some services require screening and/or intake forms. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if not appropriate based on safety considerations or incomplete documentation.
