Mobile Drive Cost (Non-Members)

• Up to 7 miles from the clinic: FREE travel
• Over 7 miles: a small mileage fee for each mile beyond 7
• Mobile service area: up to 100 miles from Donna from our Donna clinic

BOOKING + CLINIC POLICIES

Appointment Reservation Fee

Your appointment is confirmed once the $25 booking fee is paid. The fee is applied to your visit.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

A cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment.
A fee also applies for no call / no show appointments.

Refund Policy

Completed Services Are Final — Once a service has been provided, it is not refundable. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll move or refund your $25 booking fee. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are not refunded. This includes booking fees, travel fees, boosters, and IV services.

Eligibility & Safety

Some services require screening and/or intake forms. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if not appropriate based on safety considerations or incomplete documentation.
