Policies (Weight Loss Services)

Appointment Reservation Fee

A $25 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your final cost.

Late Arrival Policy

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

A $25 cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment.
A $25 fee also applies for no call / no show.

Refund Policy

All sales are final — no refunds.
