Cash-Pay Lab Testing (No Insurance Needed)
Affordable bloodwork in Donna, TX, by appointment only. Get the lab tests you need without insurance or long waits. We draw your blood at our clinic or at your home, and send it to a certified laboratory. Your results are sent to you and your primary care provider (PCP). DOHO does not read or interpret lab results — please review them with your PCP.
- Clinic blood draw: draw fee plus the test price
- Home blood draw: home-visit draw fee (lower for each extra person at the same address), plus the test price
- Lab tests: popular tests such as CBC, CMP, lipid panel, A1c, thyroid (TSH), vitamin D and B12 are also available individually
- Wellness panel: CBC, CMP, lipid, A1c and TSH, draw included

Policies (Phlebotomy & Lab Services)
Appointment Reservation Fee
Your appointment is confirmed once the $25 booking fee is paid. The fee is applied to your visit.
Late Arrival Policy
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
A cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment.
A fee also applies for no call / no show.
Refund Policy
Completed Services Are Final — Once a service has been provided, it is not refundable. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll move or refund your $25 booking fee. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows are not refunded.
Eligibility & Safety
Some services may require brief screening and/or intake forms. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if not appropriate based on safety considerations or incomplete documentation.
