Appointments are confirmed with a $25 booking fee, applied to your visit. We’ll send the payment link after your good faith exam (when required) and once a day and time are agreed. Please pay within 2 hours while we hold your spot — if the fee isn’t paid within 2 hours, the hold is released; just contact the clinic to set a new day and time.
- Shot memberships – monthly vitamin shots (B12, D3, Lipo-C, glutathione, NAD+)
