Mobile Drive Cost (Non-Members)
- 0–10 miles from the clinic: $25 mobile fee
- Over 10 miles: $25 + $1.50 per mile (one-way) for each mile beyond 10
We can travel up to 100 miles.

Policies (Phlebotomy & Lab Services)
Appointment Reservation Fee
A $25 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your final cost.
Late Arrival Policy
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
A $25 cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment.
A $25 fee also applies for no call / no show.
Refund Policy
All sales are final — no refunds.
Eligibility & Safety
Some services may require brief screening and/or intake forms. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if not appropriate based on safety considerations or incomplete documentation.
