How to Book – Two Easy Ways

We see patients by appointment only, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM and Saturday–Sunday 9 AM–7 PM (subject to availability), in our Donna clinic or at your home or office. Fill out the short form below and choose one option:

Option 1 – Free consultation first

1. Request your free consultation. Fill out the form below and choose “A free consultation first.”
2. We’ll contact you to set a day and time for your free consultation.
3. At your consultation, we’ll schedule your appointment and send you a link to pay the $25 booking fee to secure it.

Option 2 – Book a service directly

1. Tell us what you need. Fill out the form below, choose “Book a service,” and pick your service.
2. We’ll text or email you a confirmed day and time with a link to pay the $25 booking fee to secure your appointment.

The $25 booking fee is applied to your visit. After booking, we’ll send a short intake form for your service so everything is ready when you arrive.

Please don’t book without hearing from us first — we’ll confirm a time that works for you.
